Now you have a government site you can file your complaint. Helpwithmybank.gov was created by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

Here’s a step by step on how to file a complaint:

  1. Check to make sure that your financial institution is a National Bank.
  2. If so, you may file a complaint by either one of the following methods: Fill out the online OCC Complaint Form (PDF) or Write and mail or fax a letter to the OCC. Learn what to include in your letter.

had a call for free privacy assist, the followng monthof october started to chage 12.99 mo. wich brought are account to insufficient funds. not aware of the 12.99 chages causes an additional fees of 35.00 each insufficient funds. privacy assist woeks with bank of america. we try to nocigate with no luck. they said we had 6o days of transactions to despute unless we wrote a wriitten complaint for wich we done, although some how they did not recieve the firs one so i repied a second one faxed it from my home and also took it to the bank and requested a copy of it
